- 1995-1995 Studium der Geschichte mit Schwerpunkt Architektur und Stadtplanung an der University of California, Los Angeles, Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- 2001-2009 Beschäftigung in einem kleinen Architekturunternehmen, das sich auf den Umbau historischer Häuser spezialisiert hat.
- 2010-2012 Studium von „Historic Preservation/ Conservation Science“ an Columbia University, New York City, Master of Science (MSc). Titel der Masterarbeit “Neo-traditional pozzolan-lime mortar for restoration of historic buildings, Betreuung Prof. Norman Weiss)
- Seit 2014 Doktorand an der Universität für angewandte Kunst Wien, Titel der Dissertation: Pozzolan-Kalk-Mörtel von der Antike bis zur Gegenwart: Zum Nutzen experimenteller Archäologie und bildbasierter Analyse zum Verständnis historischer Mörtel Voraussichtliches Abschlussdatum Herbst 2019
